We invite artists to showcase their original works across a variety of mediums in this well-established, heavily advertised, one-day event. The event location, North School Park, offers a beautiful setting, ample free parking, and an enjoyable experience that includes live music and a variety of food truck offerings. 

As in prior years, our commitment to supporting the community includes using this event’s net proceeds to award scholarships to juried, student artists from the High School District 214 graduating class to support their college academic goals. 

The Walk in the Park Art Show has featured 90+ artists and attracted over 2,500 art enthusiasts and buyers annually. Heavy marketing efforts promote the show and participating artists in an area known for its vibrant performing arts, music venues, and exceptional dining options, making it an exciting destination for visitors.
